Wedding plans can be stressful at the best of times. So with COVID-19 potentially hanging over weddings for the foreseeable future, I want to do everything I can to take the worry out of my part in your story.

Safety


It is paramount that we all work together to curb the spread of COVID-19. Your safety and that of your guests; as well as couples and guests at other weddings is the highest priority. Therefore I will always adhere to the latest government guidance and new laws concerning social gatherings, social distancing and public safety with regard to COVID-19.

Because as a wedding photographer, I'm a link to otherwise unconnected large groups of people, it's really important to make sure that I do my best to keep everyone safe and limit the spread of the virus.

Refunds

Your booking fee is non-refundable, as it covers the work I do in the run up to a wedding and my availability on the day. However, if you have to move your wedding due to a change in official government guidance, I will happily transfer that booking fee to another date, or in the case of a wedding cancellation, it can be redeemed agains another session (eg, a portrait session).

I'm asking that final balances are paid in the week before the wedding (previously 2 months before), so that if the wedding has to be moved or cancelled, there should be no need to refund you - most announcements so far have given sufficient warning to allow this.
